SEGGER Export Regulations:
For certain export transactions, additional conditions may apply. It is customer's sole responsibility to comply with all such export control regulations and, at his own expense, obtain any export permits and comply with any export regulation in force within hiscountry and the country in which the goods are going to be exported.
Furthermore, the customer shall not ship, distribute, transfer or export any SEGGER product to any prohibited or embargoed country as mentioned in any such law or regulation of the U.S. or European Community and/or Federal Republic of Germany. In addition,the customer is obliged to not ship, distribute, transfer or export any SEGGER product to any denied, blocked, or designated person or entity named in the U.S. Denied Persons List or similar lists of the European Community (EG) and/or the Federal Republic of Germany.
